I have been way too lax in my physical endeavors as of late. There is something about the coming of the winter and the gray that makes me want to hide, instead of exercising. This week, I am imploring myself to go to dance class. If, by chance, I do not, I strongly recommend checking out Janet Ragan’s Nia classes. They are fantastic.
