Tai Chi for Every Body

This past week, I decided to look into a book I picked up quite some time ago but never looked at. There is always a time and a place; nature always takes its course.

According to the Tai Chi theory of the Three Internal Harmonies:

  • the desire (xin)
  • to move gives rise to a plan of action or the intent (yi) for movement
  • this intent (yi) causes the body to prepare for action by stabilizing itself
  • which calls up intrinsic energy (chi)
  • the actual movement, which is the expression of strength (li)

i find tai-chi a bit harder to learn, but i am really interested in learning tai-chi.;,
