Standing on the dock by the sea… I understood finally why Taoist Tai Chi is called one of the Internal Martial Arts. Once an individual has been practicing long enough, the movements become ingrained inside the cells of the individual. I can recall all of the moves of a class without active memory of the brain. It is the body that intuitively remembers.
